Hello,
This global policy regarding the advanced rights activity review have been created. As there is no such policy locally defined on the English Vikidia, the global one will apply from 2018 by default. If you agree with this policy (rights suspension after 365 days of inactivity for advanced rights holders) you don't have anything to do. If you don't, feel free to work on a local Activity Review Policy and submit it to a local community vote to validate it. The local policy will override the global one.
